  • Our refreshed brand campaign activations across Forbes, Marketing Dive, Adage, Display and LinkedIn helped drive 254M impressions, 1.4M clicks and 449K website visitors.
  • A26% increase in keyword rankings post-launch, improving visibility for new users
  • 114% improvement in scroll depth on key resource pages, leading to better content consumption
  • 38% improvement in key organic web conversions, from the impact of improved user flow and content, turning more visitors into leads

It consolidates all the channels marketers use—text, email, push notifications, in-app messages, in-browser content cards, and more—onto a single platform. Marketers can easily create campaigns using drag-and-drop decision trees, filling them with targeted messages and creative assets. Once everything is set, they hit “play” and instantly launch personalized, automated conversations with millions of customers in real-time. “That feeling you get when a brand sends the right message, at the right time, on the right device? There’s a 70% chance Braze is behind it.” Our goal with the rebrand was to capture that exact feeling. Essentially Braze allows marketers to be their most engaging, always-on selves by giving them the absolute total spectrum of what’s possible in customer engagement technology. Hence the Be Absolutely Engaging tagline and foundation for the rebrand.

Bursting with colour and personality, our goal is to create spaces that not only stand out but captivate attention, with a focus on bold visuals and large-format graphics. From the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival to the vibrant stages of Las Vegas, our creations continue to inspire and leave a lasting impression.

We we're stuck in an internal rut, going round the houses trying to create a new visual identity system for Braze, then we brought in Penta who instantly saw the vision of where to take it. They provided strategic insight and creative direction that gave us a unified guiding light, and created a new brand direction that has won multiple brand awards, and created a flexible and unique framework for the future of Braze.
