The only company in the world to send hundreds of thousands of genuinely handwritten notes, Inkpact make the customer journey more human. Inkpact approached Penta to refresh their branding and visual identity, so that it was cleaner and an evolution of the existing brand. Inkpact also required a new website to pull together the new branding and various photoshoots into a new home, which also included much improved customer conversion with comprehensive analytics and tracking.
Starting with the branding and visual ID, we re-worked the main brand logo using an all caps imperfect design that utilised the full stop dot which became a focus for the overall identity. New colours and fonts alongside some brand marks, this all came together on the website. Built in Wordpress, with comprehensive connectivity to their external tracking tools and conversion systems, the website is an easy to manage priceless tool for Inkpact to promote their unique offering.
